Established in 1950, Bayliss Patterns (Walsall) Ltd. were pioneers within the pattern making industry and have since expanded the business to incorporate complimentary services which has left the company at the forefront of such traditional trades today.

We have kept over the years all the necessary skills and production capabilities to meet any requirements you might have. There is a wealth of knowledge and skills throughout the business, which enables us to solve manufacturing problems and to produce components from designer's drawings and plans.

We employ our own in-house designers and pattern makers so if you only have a rough idea of what you want to produce, we can work with you, taking your ideas and rough sketches to produce what you had in mind.

Our casting facility allows us to be very flexible in relation to order quantities. We can cater for single one-off components to large quantities of up to 500,000 and can produce all work in agreed batch sizes or work to a scheduled call-off. Individual component castings can be catered for with a maximum weight of approximately 10kgs (22lbs).

We have over the many years of trading built up an unrivalled reputation for our quality of castings. We will not cut corners or use inferior materials and will always endeavour to produce the best quality castings possible.

Our Research and Development projects have created solutions for many customers, so if you have a problem we will endeavour to find a solution being, fully qualified and extremely experienced pattern makers.

We offer a comprehensive range of boat and marine fittings in varied sizes, available to both trade or individual. Our aluminium castings are made from LM5 aluminium and are polished and anodised to marine grade.
